Privacy Policy

RugReady is designed so your tufting photos and projects stay on your iPhone.

Data the iPhone app does not collect

The RugReady iPhone app does not require an account and does not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, precise location, contacts, or the photos and project files you use in the app. Image processing runs on-device.

Photos and local project data

You choose which photos to import through Apple’s system photo picker. Imported images, stencil settings, palettes, dimensions, progress, and final-rug photos are stored locally in the app’s container. Removing the app may remove this local data.

Camera

The optional room preview uses ARKit and the rear camera to show a rug at its real size on the floor in front of you. The camera feed is rendered to the screen and discarded immediately. RugReady does not record, photograph, save, or transmit anything from the camera, and the feature never runs unless you open it.

Subscriptions

Apple processes subscription purchases. RugReady receives purchase entitlement information needed to unlock Pro, such as product identifier and subscription status. We do not receive your full payment details. Apple’s own privacy policy governs App Store transactions.

Website analytics and performance

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful, plus Vercel Speed Insights to measure page performance. Vercel provides aggregated, anonymized traffic information such as pages visited, referrers, country, and device type, and performance measurements such as loading speed. Web Analytics does not use cookies. These tools run on the website, not inside the iPhone app. We do not use them to collect your artwork or project data.

Support messages

If you email support, we receive the email address and information you include. We use it only to answer and troubleshoot your request and retain it only as reasonably necessary for support and legal obligations.

Tracking, advertising, and third parties

RugReady does not track you across apps or websites, show advertising, or sell personal data. The iPhone app does not use third-party analytics SDKs.

Children

RugReady is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
