Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of RugReady. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Your artwork and safe use

You keep ownership of images and designs you use. You are responsible for having the right to use them. RugReady is a planning aid; verify dimensions and orientation before tracing, cutting, or tufting. Follow equipment and electrical safety guidance when using projectors and tufting tools.

Subscriptions

RugReady Pro is offered as auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions. The App Store shows the exact localized price before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription renews and Apple charges the account within 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. There is no free trial unless the App Store purchase sheet explicitly shows one.

Availability and refunds

Features may change as the app improves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its policies.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, RugReady is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, wasted materials, or equipment damage arising from use of the app. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Termination and changes

You may stop using RugReady at any time. We may update these terms for future use; the effective date identifies the current version.
